Birla Evara is a famous and ultra-luxurious apartment township project by Birla Estates. It is located in Kodathi, East Bangalore, just off of Sarjapur Road. The project takes up 25 acres of land. On October 20, 2025, the new phase of Birla Evara Bangalore, Sarjapur will begin on Sarjapur Road. This is the project's first start in 2025. There will be 800 high-end flats in this new phase.
