We are developing new solutions that aim to enhance the speed and efficiency of records management, computer-aided dispatch (CAD), and internal processes. What You’ll Do
Location: Remotely in the United States
Reports to: Software Services eLearning Lead
Direct Reports: 0
- Partner with subject matter experts to clearly define learning objectives and content required for our e-learning curriculum
- Be part of the team in the eLearning creation process including discovery, scripting, storyboarding, recording, editing, and publishing content
- Stay ahead of product updates, updating content as our products evolve
- Always look for ways to create content more efficiently without compromising quality
- Understand customer needs and the value of DRS products to ensure all training content
supports the mission
- Work with Axon Academy to ensure eLearning adheres to design themes and best practices,
providing a consistent experience for customers
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of eLearning development experience
- Previous experience in training/education is preferred
- Experience using Articulate, SmartSheet, Quip, Slack, Camtasia and other business tools
- Clear, concise, and effective communicator
- Demonstrated ability to partner across teams/functions and hold others accountable to a
plan
- Experience working with public safety customers preferred
- Occasional travel may be required, 2-3 days per quarter
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain confidential and highly sensitive information.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 56,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 100,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 63,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 113,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
